By downloading and using the Naya Rasta mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, please do not use our services.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this application independently. Users under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to explore routes suggested by the app.

3. Safety & Liability

Naya Rasta provides route suggestions for exploration. However:

• Real-world Conditions: Users must always pay attention to local traffic laws, weather conditions, and road signs.
• No Guarantee: While we verify routes through our community, we are not responsible for road closures, natural hazards, or the accuracy of third-party map data.
• User Risk: All travel undertaken via routes suggested by the app is at the user's own risk.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using the app to:

• Reverse engineer or scrape data from the Naya Rasta platform.
• Report fake or dangerous routes to the community.
• Use the app for any illegal purposes or unauthorized commercial activities.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.
