2. Use of Our Services

Naya Rasta provides travel, route, booking, communication, and support-related services through its digital platform. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm the company, drivers, vendors, partners, or other users.

• You must provide accurate information while using our services.
• You must not misuse booking, payment, notification, or support features.
• You must not attempt to damage, hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details, phone number, OTP, and account access secure. Any activity performed through your account may be treated as your responsibility unless reported immediately.

4. Bookings & Trip Details

Users must enter correct pickup, drop, travel date, passenger, and contact details while creating a booking. Naya Rasta may connect users with drivers, vendors, or service providers based on availability and service rules.

Estimated fares, travel times, distance, availability, and route information may change due to traffic, weather, location, driver availability, or operational conditions.

5. Payments & Charges

Payments may be collected through online payment gateways, wallet balance, or other supported payment options. You agree to pay all applicable booking charges, platform fees, taxes, cancellation charges, or additional charges shown before or during the service.

Naya Rasta is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment providers.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules may depend on booking type, cancellation time, driver assignment, service provider policy, and platform rules. Refunds, if applicable, may be processed to the original payment method or wallet according to company policy.

Repeated misuse of cancellations or false bookings may lead to account restriction.

7. User Conduct

Users are expected to behave respectfully with drivers, support teams, vendors, and other service partners. Abuse, fraud, harassment, fake bookings, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination of access.

While we work to provide reliable services, Naya Rasta does not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact route availability, error-free operation, or availability of drivers and vendors at all times. Services may be affected by technical issues, network problems, natural events, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Our platform may use third-party services such as payment gateways, maps, analytics, notifications, hosting, or communication tools. Your use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
